What does this Warranty Policy cover?

At Speachic, we are committed to providing you with the best possible experience with our products. In the unlikely event that your item has technical or production errors within THREE days of receipt, we will gladly send a replacement FREE of charge. Our Warranty covers any defects in our product under normal use. However, if the product is damaged due to subjective reasons such as accidental drops or mishandling by the customer, this warranty will not apply, and the customer will need to refer to our Replacement Policy.

What do I need to do to get service under the Warranty Policy?

Speachic will take full responsibility for all defective products caused by objective reasons. If you encounter any issues with your order within THREE days of receiving it, please promptly contact our Customer Support and provide photos or videos of the defect. We will review the evidence and send a replacement item if the defect is verified.
